2 months old!!

Avery loves spending time in dad's arms...she especially likes to face out and see what is going on around her.

Here we are napping on the sofa, and as you can see Gray could not resist a chance to nap with us too! Gray is very interested in Avery, and he always tries to sleep next to her when were on the sofa =)

This is Avery napping in the sling carrier - she really likes it as you see below, she is all nestled up inside it. It gives me a chance to do a few things around the house and comfort her at the same time.

We were so impressed, here you see her holding a toy and moving it around for the 1st time!

This is when dad put Avery in her jungle bouncer for the 1st time, we had to stuff a blanket in there to keep her balanced - but we think she enjoyed it.

Avery turned 2 months old on Monday, 4/28! She has had a busy week of new things: riding "forward facing" in the baby bjorn, napping in the sling carrier, playing in the jungle bouncer, attended her first birthday party, and of course getting her first shots at the doctor's office (not fun). She weighed in at 11 pounds, 2.25 ounces, and is now 23.7 inches long! This put her in the 75% for weight and the 88% in height.
