My favorite b-day dessert is called "pretzel pie" and it is made up of strawberries, a layer of cream cheese and whip cream, and then a
pretzel crust. My mom always makes it for me on my birthday - and every year I look forward to indulging a little!!
This year my birthday was
stretched out into a "birthday week" - and I'm not going to lie, I love spreading it out and enjoying all my family & friends! On my birthday (Oct. 1st) I was lucky enough to spend the day with my darling daughter. (she is the best gift I have ever
received anyways!!) Then later that night, Clint took me out for a wonderful dinner at '
Rathbuns' in Atlanta. Then we had a b-day gathering with all our friends at '
Neibors Pub' in the highlands - it was great. As you see in this picture, two of my oldest & dearest friends were there, Elizabeth & Sherry. Then, over the weekend I was lucky enough to have two more meals made for me. One night my in-laws & sister & brother in law came over for dinner & cupcakes....then the next night my parents & brother came over for dinner &
