Sarah's 30th Birthday!

Yes, yes...I am getting old. This year was the big 3-0. However, I still feel the same as I did last year - and it doesn't bother me that I am 30. (however it feels funny to say it out loud) I had a great birthday this year. My sweet husband took me on an amazing trip down to West Palm Beach, FL. We flew down there on my birthday morning, so I was able to spend my actual birthday on the beach...and at an amazing resort, The Breakers. It really doesn't get any better than that. The resort upgraded us to a full ocean view - and that made it just PERFECT. We snorkeled, played on the beach, and drank all kinds of fun "tropical" drinks. At night we took walks on the beach, and layed under the stars...it was a great trip! Thanks again Clint - I love you!






My birthday continued on with a party that my mother-in-law threw for me & two other friends. It was the "30,40,50 party". I was the 30, Greg was the 40, and Steve was the 50. She did a great job with the party & had amazing food catered, as well as great vino (from my favorite vineyard in Napa). I enjoyed spending a great night with some of my favorite friends! Thanks Janell for a great party, love you!






This year the celebrations really continued on...my mom invited us up to her house for Italian dinner & cookie cake (my favorite!). I had a great time taking Avery to visit her with Clint & my brother! Thanks mom for a great birthday dinner, love you!

My work buddies also threw me a surprise party this year! It was so much fun! I had dinner plans with my friend Shelley, and so I went to meet her at dinner...and ended up being greeted by a room full of my friends! We ate at a restaurant called "Social" that was known for an interesting desert - fried OREOS. And let me tell you, they were amazing. Thanks ladies for a great night out!
