Easter Festival & Egg Hunt

We had so much fun this year celebrating Easter! Avery was old enough to participate in all kinds of fun. First we had the "Easter Festival & Egg Hunt" at East Side (a local church) and we joined friends Maggie & Charlie Weeks, and also Addison Bailey. The kids enjoyed the egg hunt for 2 year olds - so it wasn't too competitive. And, to me if was really quite funny. The "hunt" was held in a giant, flat, field. So- nothing was really hiding. The eggs were just tossed all over the ground. Once the kids were allowed inside the ropes - it was a free-for-all to grab eggs! My sweet Avery took her time, and only gathered a few eggs. The church hid all kinds of goodies inside the eggs - and that was the fun part for Avery. They also offered games to play, bubbles to blow, and bouncy houses. It was lots of fun - and amazing weather.
