Avery gives "Pacis" to a baby...

Avery is becoming a "big girl" now, since she is almost THREE years old! We have two milestones to hit before she turns three. Get rid of pacifiers (which were only used for sleep) and get her out of her crib and into a "big girl bed". Last weekend Avery decided it was time to give her "pacis" away to a tiny baby. (well, I decided that and she went along with it) so we went to our friend, John Henry's, house. John Henry is the tiniest baby that we know, he is only seven weeks old. Avery gathered up all of her pacis and put them into a bag - and then we headed over to give them to John Henry. Avery was such a big girl and willingly gave him even her favorite (blue) pacifier.

That night she did cry just a little at bedtime, but slept the entire night with no more tears. What a big girl she is!!
