Hunters 1st Trip to the ZOO

Our friends have created a "family club" where once a month we all try to get together (with our kids) and do something as a group. This month our friends Jay & Amanda chose the Zoo as our family club outing. We are zoo members, but have not taken Hunter yet - so I was excited to take him along with all his friends! We ended up having a great day with all the kids. I actually wondered off and got lost from the group for a little while (with my niece & Avery) but that's ok because we ended up getting to see the BABY TIGERS on the debut weekend out for the public to see! The baby tigers were so adorable and playfull - and the kids really enjoyed watching them play all over their mommy. I felt very honored that we were able to see them. The others in our group did not get to see them, so I guess I was lucky to have gotten "lost" for a little bit. =) Hunter enjoyed watching the animals - he LOVES animals, and we knew the petting zoo would be his favorite part of the day. We had to hold him back once we allowed him to walk around the petting zoo- or else he would have pulled the ears of the wrong goat... that boy has quite a grip!
