Christmas Eve was spent at our Poppi & Gammy's house. Avery had a blast opening gifts for the first time. She loved tearing the paper! It has become a tradition that our Gammy Katherine cooks up a huge meal every Christmas Eve, including many family favorites. This year was a little different as our little one would not last through the dinner. So, Gammy & Poppi packed up a big dinner for us in a basket - and made us promise to go home, put Avery to bed, and light some candles on the table. So, later that night after Avery was asleep in her crib - we had a wonderful, candlelight, dinner for two. Thanks again, what a delicious meal it was!
