Fieldtrip to the Fire Station

We recently went on a field-trip with my "moms group" (MOPS) to our local fire station. They gave all the kids & moms a tour of the station, and the truck - and all the kids received adorable little fire hats & coloring books. What a cute idea for a day trip, right?? Well, the 95 degree heat was a bit much, being 9 months pregnant... and then Avery was a little scared after the fireman put on his suit. So, she wanted me to carry her the entire time. (notice the picture in front of the truck, she would not let me put her down) But, it was a fun experience, and ever since that day Avery has been very curious about fire trucks & fire men - its always fun to learn about something new.
